Jennifer Lynn Hanson

Jenny Hanson, age 26, died unexpectedly on Friday, April 4, 2008 at Theda Clark Medical Center. Jenny was born in Oshkosh on September 8, 1981, daughter of Louis Britten and Rita Bresina. She attended Oshkosh North High School, and worked in sales until the birth of her children. She was a member of Christ Church of the Valley, and enjoyed shopping and watching episodes of the Simpson's but her greatest love was her husband Tim, and their three young daughters.

She is survived by her husband: Tim Hanson of Appleton; her beloved daughters: Lydia, Evelyn, and Mauretta; her father: Louis (Karen) Britten of Oshkosh; her mother: Rita Bresina of Oshkosh; her maternal grandmother: Mauretta Bresina of Chippewa Falls; two brothers: Jeff Britten and Michael Britten, both of Oshkosh; a sister: Nicole Britten of Oshkosh; a sister-in-law: Ginny Shepard of Kaukauna; a brother-in-law: Troy Hanson of Kaukauna; her in-laws: Terry and Sharon Hanson of Kaukauna; and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandfather Clarence Bresina, grandparents Maurice “Mike” and Helena (Prell) Britten, and a sister-in-law Christine Hanson.

Funeral services for Jenny will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, April 8, 2008 at the Fargo Funeral Home in Kaukauna with Pastor Tim Snell officiating. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM and again Tuesday from 10:00 AM until the hour of the service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established.
