James Eugene Osborn, 77 years and 13 days, decided it was time to leave this world of his physical limitations and join his parents (Eugene and Alice Osborn) for a long walk, free of limitations with his faithful dogs KC and Boomer beside him. You fought a long hard fight, time to rest.
Jim was born and raised in Fond du Lac with his brother and two sisters. He always talked about how wonderful it was to grow up with all his cousins and the family get togethers.
His passion was numbers and accounting. Before his limitations he loved golfing and tennis and after he still loved to watch sports. He also loved to read; you would always find him reading a book.
Jim leaves behind his wife of 54 years, Yvonne, his sons Eric (Claudia), Matthew (Jen), his grandchildren Anna and Spencer, Leylah, Juan and Jackie, brother George (Maureen) Osborn, sisters Nancy (John) Konz, Diane (John) Freund, sisters-in-law Pat Belongie, Annette Lys, and Marie (Jeff) Belongie-Kemp brothers-in-law Ray (Kathi) Belongie and Michael (Jane) Belongie.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents Eugene and Alice Osborn, parents-in-law Cyril (Anne) Belongie, grandson Leonel, brothers-in-law Phil Belongie, Jeremy Lys and David (Cecelia) Belongie.
Jim and Yvonne were blessed with so many lifelong friends and are so very thankful for the wonderful gift of those friendships.
