Jackie's family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the Appleton Medical Center nurses in the chemotherapy suite and on the oncology floor, and to the Theda Care hospice nurses for the wonderful care and compassion shown to both Jackie and her family.
Mom, through the years you have shown how to be compassionate and helpful to others. You told us to fight for what we believe in. You taught us to be responsible, respectful, and to always try our best. Most of all, Mom, you have shown us how to love by the way you showed us unconditional love. You put up a strong fight, Mom. Though you went through so much, your concern was always for your family. We will miss you so much, Mom, but knowing all you did for us and that you are watching over us will bring us some comfort. We will never forget you.
