Age 80, died Monday, May 30, 2001. Hazel was born October 21, 1920 to the late William and Jennie (Dunn) Tonn in Illinois.
She is survived by two sisters, Ruth Slomski of Neenah and Norene Stockman of Neenah; a brother, Billy Tonn of Menasha and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Jerome Dahl, her second husband, Ralph Gifford; a brother, Harvey Tonn and a sister, Margaret Janke.
