Hazel Klemp, age 78, died December 11, 2009 at Manor Care in Appleton, following a short illness. She was born in Bear Creek, Wisconsin on June 7, 1931. Her parents were David and LaVerne (Curtiss) Guyette.
She is survived by her sister: Pat (Sonny) Boylan of Mountain, Wisconsin; six daughters: Anna, Virginia, Bonnie, Debbie, Susan, and Barbara; three sons: Kenneth, Dennis, and Craig. She is further survived by fifteen grandchildren, twenty-four great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild, as well as nieces, nephews, friends, and her cat Sassy. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers Ben, Orville, Russell, and Kenneth, a sister Dorothy, and her three husbands: Gordon Lamb, Leo Forster, and Reuben Klemp.
A memorial service for Hazel will be held at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at the Wichmann Funeral Home in Appleton. Friends may call at the funeral home from 1:00 PM until the time of the service.
The family would like to offer a special thank you to her best friends, Marilyn and Claire, for everything they did for her, and for being her friend.
