Harley was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy, a brother Clyde (Sally) Slezak, a granddaughter Rachel Rohm, and a son-in-law Art Rohm.
The family would like to express their extreme gratitude to the compassionate staffs of Heartwood Homes in Appleton and Heartland Hospice.
A social gathering will be held on Tuesday, November 30, at Tri County Chapel from 4:00-6:00 PM. The funeral service for Harley will follow at 6:00 PM with the Reverend Steve Nickel officiating. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Park at a later date.
