Hadley Jean Zimmermann

Hadley Jean Zimmermann passed peacefully in the arms of her loving mother on September 9, 2024.  Hadley was born on September 3, 2024.  During her six short days here on Earth, she touched our lives and was loved deeply.  Her life was a brief gift to us that will live on, as her heart valves were donated and received by two others who were in need.  Hadley Jean is the daughter of Elijah and Dariann Zimmermann, of Appleton, Wisconsin.  Hadley Jean is survived by two siblings, Carter and Nora Zimmermann.  Her paternal grandparents are Mark and Donna Zimmermann; and maternal grandparents Charlie and Amanda Novitski and Katie and Andrew Salm.  In lieu of flowers, we would be honored to have you support Children’s Wisconsin using the link below, as they supported us in our time of need.  A private funeral service will be held at Faith Lutheran Church on September 21, 2024.
