Gregory J. Schneider

Gregory J. Schneider (W9IEI), 69, of Appleton, passed away on November 18, 2008, after a short battle with lung cancer at the Aurora House hospice home in Weslaco, Texas.

Greg is survived by his wife, Judith; daughters Amy Schneider (Boyd Featherston), Wautoma, and Karen (Jeff) Mittmann, Sheboygan; grandchildren Deanna and Ryan Jacobs, Sheboygan; stepgrandchildren Brad, Heather, and Jessie Mittmann, Sheboygan; sisters Monica Adams, Dundee, Ill.; Jean (Carl) Hoes, De Pere; Margie (John) Kirschbaum, Porterfield; brother David (Dianne) Schneider, Green Bay; and other family members.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Harriet Schneider, and a brother-in-law, Richard Adams.

A Memorial Service for Greg will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 16, 2009 at WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME, 537 N. Superior Street, Appleton. A time of visitation and support will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established for the Aurora House in Weslaco, Texas.
