Glen E. Campbell

Glen E. Campbell, age 72, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Friday, June 26, 2009. He was born on August 31, 1936 in Indiana; son of the late Quincy and Alice (Messersmith) Campbell. Glen served his country with the U.S. Navy; he enjoyed playing golf and loved to cook. Glen is survived by his six brothers and sisters, Judy (Ronald) Brandon, Edmound, OK, Carolyn Sue (Ray) Barker, Coon
Rapids, MN, Michael Campbell, Appleton, Stephen (Carolyn) Campbell, Elk River, MN, Charlene (Kenneth) Schueller, Sheldon, WI and Jane (Jay) Schimka, Glen Flora, WI and by his step-son, Bob (Glerry) Leppar and their children, Utah. He was preceded in death by a sister, Wanda Alice Lisk and by an infant brother, James Edward Campbell. A memorial service for Glen will be held on Friday, July 3, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. at Wichmann Funeral Home, Appleton with Rev. Jane B. Anderson officiating. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service. A memorial fund is being established in his name.
