Gary Francis Lemere

Gary (Beav) Francis Lemere, age 81, of Appleton, passed away peacefully on Jan 2, 2026 with his daughter by his side. Gary was born on August 1, 1944 to the late Carroll & Ida (Brower) Lemere. Gary was known for his sense of humor, generosity, and acceptance of all people. He loved fishing, camping, and trips to Wisconsin Dells with his daughter Cate. He also loved the Packers and Brewers and spent countless weekends in Milwaukee at County Stadium.

Gary is survived by his daughter Cate (Jamie) Hella, Appleton; stepson Cliff (Tanya) Miller, Woodbury, TN; siblings Nancy Wheeler, Clintonville, Jim (Bev) Lemere, Shiocton, Larry (Mary) Lemere, Black Creek, Ron Lemere, Appleton, Rick Lemere, New London, Brian (Debbie) Lemere, Appleton and Lori Van Straten, Crivitz. He is further survived by numerous other family and friends.

Per Gary’s wishes, no formal service will be held.
