Frank P. MacPhetridge, II

October 21, 1964 — November 8, 2016

Frank P. MacPhetridge II, age 52 of Neenah, passed away peacefully at home in the care of his staff at Clarity Care and Heartland Hospice Care. He was born on October 21, 1964 at Andrews Airforce Base in Maryland, to the late Terrence MacPhetridge and surviving mother, Mary (Crose) MacPhetridge. Frank was a long term resident with Clarity Care in Neenah, who enjoyed years of working a Lakeside Packaging Plus, Inc. Frank also enjoyed being a part of annual summer camps, swimming at the YMCA and in his earlier years, participated with the Special Olympics.
Frank is survived by his mother: Mary MacPhetridge; his brother: Ken (Ann) MacPhetridge and their son Casey; his sister: Cheryl Mason (Jeff Martin) and her children, Samuel and Marissa. Frank is further survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, extended relatives and friends.

Frank was preceded in death by his father: Terrence MacPhetridge; paternal grandparents: Frank and Alice MacPhetridge; and maternal grandparents: Arthur and Olive Crose; his cousins: Mike Boucher and John Jacques; his uncle: Arthur (Bud) Crose and his aunt and uncle: Ed and Patricia (MacPhetridge) Hartmann.

A cremation burial is planned for Frank on Friday, December 9 at 2:30 PM at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery in King, Wisconsin.

The family would like to thank the staff members of; Clarity Care, Lakeland Care District, Heartland Hospice Care and Lakeside Packaging Plus, Inc., for their dedication and care they have shown Frank through-out his time here with us. The family also extends their appreciation to Wichmann-Fargo Funeral Home (Rebecca) for the compassionate work they have done for our family.
