Elaine F. Beltz

Elaine Frances Beltz (Ziegler), age 92 of Fond du Lac, WI peacefully passed away on August 28, 2025. She was born to George and Lucille (Lepine) Ziegler on September 28, 1932 in Fond du Lac, WI. After high school, she spent most of her career in retail, but was especially proud of her work as a pharmacy assistant at K-Mart. Elaine met the love of her life, Donald Beltz, after he was discharged from the military. They were married in January of 1954 and together, they raised two wonderful children.

Elaine had a beautiful soul and a smile that could warm any heart. When she was younger, she enjoyed gardening and canning for her family. She enjoyed playing cards and going to the casino with Donald. Elaine loved listening and dancing to Polka music with her friends and would often follow her favorite bands wherever they played. Elaine had a bond with God and was steadfast in her faith. More than anything, though, Elaine cherished her time spent with her family and friends.

Elaine will be missed by her children, Jeff (Patti) Beltz and Judy Kuen; her grandchildren, Jackie (Patrick) Geiger and Joseph Beltz; her great-grandchildren, Theadora and Hoban Geiger; her siblings, Carol Mickiewicz and Judy Peschke; her brother-in-law, David Oelke; as well as many nieces, nephews, other extended relatives, and dear friends.

Elaine is preceded in death by her husband, Donald Beltz; her parents, George and Lucille Ziegler; her step-father, Harry Elsinger; her siblings, Marion Oelke, Jerry Ziegler, and Michael Ziegler; and her siblings-in-law, John Mickiewicz, Orin Peschke, Grace (Mike) Hansen, and Ruth (Carl) Gray.

In respect to Elaine’s wishes, no funeral services will be held.
