Effie Margaret (Crowe) Hansen
Age 91
Of Appleton, passed away on January 24, 2004 at Appleton Medical Center.
She was born to the late Matthew and Effie Crowe on March 6, 1912 in Appleton.
She wed Arthur F. Hansen in Appleton at St. Mary Catholic Church and they remained life long members of the church. Effie enjoyed gardening, sewing and playing cards, but most important was her family, especially spending time with her grandkids and great grandchildren.

Survivors include her three daughters: Mary R. Hansen, Appleton, Phyllis A. (Mike Irish) Hansen, Racine, Alice E. (Daniel) Usky, Neenah; two sons: Arthur L. Hansen (fiancée, Nancy Jones) Appleton, Richard J. Hansen, Wauwatosa; five grandchildren: Dana (Mike), Mia, Brad (Laura), Soren (Christi) and Galen; 3 great grandchildren: Gianna, Ryan and Aiden.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Arthur F., sisters: Mary Aldrich and Agnes Treiber; brothers: Cornelius, John, Frank, Henry and Matthew Crowe.

A private memorial service will take place.
