Dorothy M. Steffens

Age 85, passed away on Monday, August 20, 2001 at a local nursing home. Dorothy was born in Kaukauna on May 10, 1916, daughter of the late John and Rose (Hoenig) Rieth. In 1952 she married Peter J. Steffens at Holy Cross Catholic Church. He preceded her in death in 1987. She is survived by two sons: John Steffens and Randy Steffens, both of Kaukauna; a daughter: Mary (Sean) Robertson of Erwin, North Carolina; a granddaughter: Brittany Robertson; two sisters: Blondie Giordana and Rosemary Schoenfelt, both of Kaukauna. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a brother Johnny Rieth. Private family services will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery in Kaukauna.
