Dorothy M. Deuster, 93, passed away on Friday, April 30, 2010 at Rennes Helath and Rehab Center. Dorothy was born on December 23, 1916 to the late John and Annie (Weber) Vandenboom in Kansasville, WI. She married Ralph Deuster on August 31, 1940 in Louisville, Kentucky. She worked for many years as a clerk at a Home Mutual Insurance Company. Dorothy was a charter member of St. Thomas More and a member of the Ladies Knights of Columbus. Dorothy is survived by her sister, Helen Nelson, and a sister-in-law Alice Vandenboom, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband and 3 brothers; Vincent, Claude and Ray Vandenboom and a sister, Alma Boettcher.
Per Dorothy's wishes Fr. Gerald Falk held a private service for the family. The family would like to thank the Rennes Health and Rehab Center and the Renaissance for all the care and support they have given. The family is forever grateful to Betty Mauthe, Dorothy's special guardian angel.
