Donna Rose Schultz, 87, of Menasha, left her home on earth on July 25, 2024, passing peacefully from this life into the loving arms of her Lord.
Donna was born on February 27, 1937, in Appleton, Wisconsin, to Harry and Julienne (Le Compte) Schultz.
She was employed at St. Elizabeth Hospital for over 40 years in various positions and ending as Radiology Supervisor.
Donna had a fiercely independent spirit and had many achievements over her lifetime, including CMAA – AAMA, Valley Chapter President & Bylaws Chairman, State WSMA President 1967-1968, 1988-1989, Medical Assistant of the Year Award 2008, WSMA Life Member 1985, Numerous Committees & Chairs person on the state level. She also started the Schultz Scholarship Foundation when her twin sister Dawn passed away in 1991.
She was a lifelong member of the St. Mary’s Parish in Menasha.
Donna is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and close friends.
She enjoyed life in her childhood home on the lake. Many of her family and friends have fond memories of the parties, picnics, swimming, and fireworks.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Schultz Scholarship Foundation.
Services for Donna will be held at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (516 East De Pere St., Menasha, WI 54952) on Tuesday, August 13, 2024. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the time of Mass at 11:00 am. Donna will be interred at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery in Menasha.
