Donna L. Popp, 85, passed away on March 15, 2026. She was born on April 2, 1940, in Appleton, the daughter of Chester and Alvina (Van Landghen) Mauthe. She was united in marriage to Norbert Popp on October 11, 1958, in Appleton, and he preceded her in death on July 24, 2011. Donna was employed with JCPenney in Appleton for over 30 years. She enjoyed crafting, playing cribbage and sheephead, traveling, reading, and socializing. Donna will be remembered most for her great sense of humor, and her love of family and caring for them.

Donna is survived by 3 children: Kathy (Pat) Gambsky, Gregg (Jolene) Popp, and Corey (Deanna) Popp; 8 grandchildren: Cassie Gambsky, Blake Gambsky, Scott (Sarah) Mahloch, Ryan (Kristina) Mahloch, Chase (Jess) Popp, Jerzey (Tate) Flom, Jetta Popp, and Jensen Popp; 9 great grandchildren: Brayden, Maddie, James, Daniel, Jack, Luke, Elijah, Journi, and Nayvie; 2 sisters: Beverly (Pat) McKeen and Barbara Mauthe; other relatives and friends.

In addition to her husband and parents, Donna was further preceded in death by her siblings: Bob Mauthe, Jim Mauthe, Lois (Carl) Schroeder, Jerry Mauthe, Marvin Mauthe, Carol Iverson, Bucky (Gordy) Miller, and Maggie Mauthe.

A private family service will be held. Inurnment will take place at Highland Memorial Park, Appleton.
