Diane D. (Brasch) Steidl, age 63, passed away at Country Villa Assisted Living in Little Chute, on April 24, 2026. She was born on July 21, 1962, to Arlyn and Gitta Brasch. She graduated from Appleton East High School, class of 1980. Diane worked at Copps, Rayovac, Ariens, Hayes, and ended her career at Thermach.

Diane married Jim Steidl on September 11, 1993. Diane loved all of her dogs. She also enjoyed going out to eat, shopping, going to the cottage, feeding the deer, fishing and boating in the sun, crocheting, puzzles, and bingo.

She is survived by her husband Jim; mother Gitta Brasch, sister Sandy (Dennis) Vanden Heuvel; brother Dan (Diane) Brasch; nephew and godson Travis Vanden Heuvel; nephew Tanner Vanden Heuvel; niece Ashley (Michael) Janssen; stepchildren: Christie Steidl and Sarah (Victor) Hernandez; step-grandchildren: Brandon, Kingston and Colton.

Diane was preceded in death by her father Arlyn and mother and father-in-law Carol and Jack Steidl

A memorial service will take place on Tuesday May 5, 2026, at 5:00pm at Wichmann Funeral Home-Tri County Chapel, 1592 S Oneida St, Menasha. Friends and family may gather at the home from 3:00pm until the service begins.
