Dan “Boomer” Wallace, 75, of Kaukauna, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on November 12, 2023. 

Dan was born in Wisconsin on April 27, 1948, to Daniel and Margaret Wallace. 

Boomer enjoyed Nascar racing, spending time at his cabin up north and caring for his lawn which was his pride and joy. He enjoyed drinking beer, always known for being the life of the party, and he took great pleasure in picking on his miserable grandkids. 

He is survived by his children; Debbie (Todd) Wheeler, Jim “Moose” (Lori) Wallace, Dan (Gina) Wallace, Missy (Curt) Wallace, Destiny (Megan) Wallace, his grandchildren; Jon, Hailey, Kirsty, Raymond, Kyle, Ryne, Taylor, Miranda, Montannah, Madlyn, Ceirra, Ace, 11 great-grandchildren, sisters Barbara (Dan) Smudde, Margaret (Jim) Bahlman, Lori (Bruce) Mueller, brothers Richard (Nancy) Wallace, Steven (Ginny) Wallace, Michael (Judy) Wallace, Jeffrey Wallace, good buddy Dan VanBerkel and many other nieces, nephews and friends and family. 

Dan is preceded in death by his parents, sisters Jean Retzlaff, Helen Marquardt, Suzanne Wallace, brother James Wallace, the mother of his children Carol Wallace, and his good buddies Vagel and Randy. 

There will be a Celebration of Life for Boomer on Friday, November 17, 2023, at Rose Hill Bar (2206 East Main St. Kaukauna) at 4:00 pm.
