Dale H. Kraft, Sr.

KRAFT, DALE H., SR. “SQUIRREL”

Dale Kraft, Sr., age 69, of Appleton, passed away on Monday, December 12, 2011. He was born on July 26, 1942 in Oconomowoc, the son of the late Herbert and Gladys (Glamm) Kraft. Dale was employed at Hudson Gas Station and later at Don Benson Insulation. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Dale is survived by his children: Dale (Tricia) Kraft, Kaukauna; Nancy (Steve) Remmel, Menasha; Michael (Jenny) Van Deraa, Greenville and Kristina (Tom) Minten, New London; grandchildren: Christopher Koerner, Minnesota; Aaron Nauber, Menasha; Krystal, Jasmine and Gabriella Minten, New London; sisters: Janet Smith, Oconomowoc; Joan (Louie) Garbelman, Oconomowoc and Shirley Kraft, Waukesha; brother: John Kraft, Oconomowoc and special friend, Elaine Kraft. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Dale was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Doug Smith.

The memorial service for Dale will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, December 15, 2011 at WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME TRI-COUNTY CHAPEL. Chaplain Pat Knutson will be officiating. The family will receive visitors from 12:00 noon until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
