Curtis Peters, 45, passed away after a brief illness on February 15, 2026. He was born on March 29, 1980, to his parents Daniel and Patti (Trice) Peters.

Curtis was born in Neenah and attended Appleton East High School. He taught himself how to play any instrument he got his hands on, especially the piano and guitar. He was very passionate about music. He was creative in other ways too. He liked to express himself with drawing. He could also be found watching cartoon network.

He is survived by his mother Patti Peters, daughter Cholie, siblings: Lisa (Dave) Noe, Heath (Michelle Toney) Peters, nieces and nephews and other extended family.

Curtis is preceded in death by his father, grandparents: Leighton Sr. and Mildred Trice, Pete and Ethel Peters; and uncle Butchie.

There will be a funeral service on February 26, 2026, at Wichmann-Tri County Chapel – 1592 S Oneida St. Menasha WI, 54952. A visitation will be held from 10am to 11am, with the service starting at 11am.
