Clyde Stephen Rasmussen, 79, of Neenah, WI, died July 16, 2026, at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee, following a battle with severe heart failure. He was born February 10, 1947, in Neenah, to Elmer and Verna Rasmussen.

Clyde earned a degree in social work from Augsburg University. On February 14, 1970, he married Linda Lea Gibson, who led him to faith in Christ. The couple began their life together at Rawhide Boys Ranch in New London, WI, where Clyde later served on the board of directors. He went on to spend 44 years as a social worker for Winnebago County.

Clyde and Linda were longtime members of Calvary Bible Church, where Clyde led youth in the SWAT program for many years. After Linda's death in 2018, he co-led the church's Divorce Care and Grief Share ministries and later became an elder. He was known for a servant's heart, quiet generosity, and a faith reflected in every note and card he signed. Each year on the anniversary of Linda's death, he sponsored a day of Christian radio broadcasting in her memory.

Clyde was the oldest of five siblings and the first to pass. He is survived by his brothers, Bruce and Scott Rasmussen; his sisters, Linda (Rasmussen) Franchini and Karen (Rasmussen) Cole; his sons, Erik (Heather), Aaron (Jen Verheyen), and Kevin (Lori) Rasmussen; and grandchildren Enoch (Erin) and great-grandchild Emery, Elijah, Katja, Siegrid, Ezra, Maddy, Sydney, Chase, and Paityn.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda, and his parents, Elmer and Verna Rasmussen.

Visitation will be held Friday July 31,2026, at Calvary Bible Church, 1450 Oakridge Rd, Neenah, WI, at 10:00 am, with the funeral service to follow at 11:30 am. Clyde will be cremated.
