Claudette Jacobson

Claudette Jacobson, 74, of Appleton passed away on Friday October 9, 2009 at home surrounded by her family.
Claudette was born on May 27, 1935 in Leona, Wisconsin to Ed and Susan (Kersten) Hupf. She married Neil Jacobson on May 22, 1952. Claudette had many hobbies and really enjoyed crafting flower arrangements out of driftwood and was a great cook and made a wonderful apple pie. She also liked watching NASCAR and cheering on her favorite drivers. Claudette is survived by her husband Neil Jacobson, her only daughter, Pam Jacobson, West Allis, 4 Sons; Joe Jacobson, Appleton, Edward Hannon, Ohio, Jake Jacobson, West Allis, and Andy (Mindy) Jacobson, Appleton, 9 grandchildren, and I great-granddaughter, one sister Joanne Simms of Chicago and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Claudette was preceded in death by her parents and a son Chuck. A memorial service for Claudette will be held on Thursday, October 15, 2009 at 12 noon at the WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME (537 N. Superior St.) with Chaplain Jordan Kuczwara officiating. Friends may call on Thursday from 10 am until the time of services at the Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Theda Care at Home in Claudette's name. The family would also like to extend a thank you to Theda Care at Home Hospice, and especially Mary and Andrea.
