Christopher John Riese

Christopher John Riese, age 65, of Appleton, passed away on January 25, 2024 after a short illness. He was the son of John and Sancee (Bergner) Riese on November 19, 1958 in Appleton. He enjoyed bowling and in his younger days bowled several times a week. In his accomplishments you can include one 300 game and a 298 as well as many years of enjoyment and other trophies and achievements, He was also an avid Chicago Cubs and Packers fan and also enjoyed fishing.

He will be sadly missed by his mother Sancee, his son Dustin (Kassidy) Riese, and Dustin’s children Kastin and Brooklyn, brother David (Lucy) Riese, sister Jeanne (Kevin) Stolzman, nieces and nephews, Andy Riese, Brady Stolzman, Ben Bricco, Shane Bricco and Tanya Bricco-McQuillan, as well as other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father John Riese, and one sister Julie.

There will be a memorial service on Friday February 16, 2024 at 4:00 PM at Wichmann Funeral Homes, Tri County Chapel. There will be a gathering in Celebration of Chris’s life on Friday February 16, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the funeral home.
