Christine J. Minzlaff, age 39, passed away unexpectedly on July 2, 2026. She was born on September 10, 1986, in Kaukauna, the daughter of William and Mary Jo (Mooren) Schuh. Chris was united in marriage to Joshua Minzlaff on July 15, 2011, in Kaukauna. Together they enjoyed being outdoors, hiking, camping, motorcycling, snowboarding, sky diving, sailing, traveling, and visiting art museums. Chris was a proud aunt and loving dog mom to Bear and Moose. She collected crystals, rocks, and stones. Chris loved to read and enjoyed a good cup of coffee at a coffee shop (or a Sundrop soda). She was a friendly face to many at Natural Healthy Concepts, in Appleton, where she currently worked.

Christine will be remembered most for her big heart, infectious laugh, and energy that lit up a room. She was always trying to help others around her whether by giving what she had or just being a listening ear. Chris had an ability to connect with people from all walks of life and find common ground. Her laugh was unique, and she was quick to laugh or help others laugh. Chris’ energy was a spark that lit an entire room, and she will be missed for her comforting manner, ability to feel deeply for others despite her own pain and being a safe place for others. Her hugs will be missed most by those who knew her.

Chris is survived by her husband: Josh; her parents; two brothers: Bill (Kari) Schuh and Dan (Alissa) Schuh; father- and mother-in-law: Jeff and Kathy Minzlaff; sister- and brothers-in-law: Michelle (Justin) Korth, Jacob (Mercedes) Minzlaff, and Jeremiah Minzlaff; nieces and nephews: Ryland, Layton, Brecken, Natasha, Sybil, Evelyn, Tommy, and Bennett; other relatives and friends.

Chris was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents; a paternal grandmother-in-law; and other extended family members.

A memorial service for Chris will be held at 6PM, on Friday, July 10, 2026, at the Wichmann Funeral Home Tri-County Chapel, 1592 Oneida St., Menasha. Visitation will be on Friday at the funeral home from 4PM until the time of the service. Memorial contributions are appreciated to the Johns Hopkins Lyme Disease Research Center of NAMI of the Fox Valley.

May you celebrate the life she lived, honor the memories she leaves behind, and know that the love she shared will stay in your heart forever.
