Charles Stewart Carr, of Combined Locks, passed away on September 4, 2026. He was born on January 18, 1948, in Appleton, WI the son of the late Wayne and Josephine (Berens) Carr. He graduated in 1966 from Kaukauna High School. After graduation, Charlie was employed at Badger Northland until its closure. He then gained employment as a Senior Buyer with Bemis Manufacturing in Green Bay. In 1978, he married his high school sweetheart, Cynthia Seif.

Charlie was a member at the Fox Valley Golf Club for 25 years and always looked forward to joining his regular foursome on Thursdays. Throughout the years, he enjoyed ownership of several different Corvettes, finishing with a new Grand Sport in which he and Cindy attended many races at Road America. Last but not least, Charlie had the best-looking lawn you ever saw! Compliments from all around!

Charlie is survived by his wife Cindy; a nephew Graham (Pam) Lee, great nieces Megan (partner Douglas Kuefler) Lee and Tessa Lee; and great great niece and nephew Margo and Harrison. He was preceded in death by his parents Wayne and Josephine Carr, and sister and brother-in-law Margaret and Tom Lee.

Charlie requested no formal services. His life will be celebrated by his family and friends in the memories and stories they share.
