Catherine L. Collins

Catherine L. Collins of St. Paul Home in Kaukauna, Wisconsin, lifetime resident of Chicago, IL passed away on Holy Thursday, March 28, 2002. She is survived by her daughter, Cathy (Jim) McPartlin of Appleton, WI. She is also survived by one other daughter, three sons and thirteen grandchildren including Jim and Dan McPartlin and two great grandchildren.

The family wishes to thank the wonderful staff at St. Paul Home, her doctor, Jack Meyer, MD for the love and care she received over the past two and a half years. We are also grateful for the loving care given at the Appleton Medical Center from both the nursing staff and the religious support by Chaplain Sr. Ruth and Fr. Falk of St. Thomas More Parish.

The Funeral Service will be 10:00 AM Monday, April 1, 2002 at the Mayslake Village Chapel in Oakbrook, IL with visitation beginning at 9:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial to the Alzheimer’s/Dementia unit at St. Paul Home would be appreciated.
