Barbara J. Bobber

Barbara “Barb” Bobber, 78, passed away peacefully on July 21, 2026. She was born on January 26, 1948, the only child of Eugene "Gene" and Margaret "Peggy" (Lummerding) Winn. She graduated from Kaukauna High School in 1966. On November 14, 1970, Barb married the love of her life, Cliff Bobber, and together, they built a loving home centered on family, hard work, and cherished traditions.

Barb devoted her early years to raising her children as a homemaker and running a costume business for a few years. Once her children reached school age, she began her career with Shopko and later finishing her working years as a lab technician at Foremost Farms. Barb found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She loved golfing, traveling to see her family, crafting, sewing, cooking, playing cards, and listening to music, especially the Statler Brothers.

After retirement, she and Cliff enjoyed spending 13 winters in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, creating many treasured memories with the "Arizona Bunch". One of Barb’s greatest joys was bringing family together, and nowhere was that more evident than during deer camp, thanksgiving, Christmas and hosting an occasional fish fry. Her delicious meals became beloved family traditions. The warmth, generosity, and love for her family and friends will be remembered by all who knew her.

She is lovingly survived by her husband, Cliff; her children, Mark (Kristi) Bobber, David (Stacy) Bobber, and Sheri (Scott) Kennedy; her cherished grandchildren, Jordan and Grayson Bobber, Jackson Fischer, Hudson and Vivian Bobber, Lauren, Allison, Claire, and Liam Kennedy; her in-laws, Bill and Jean Bobber and Lily (Jim) Platt; her nieces and nephews, Jessica (Greg) Calmes, Matt (Becky) Bobber, and Maria Bobber, and their children, Chase, Gramm, and Paige Calmes and Brody and Bentley Bobber; and her special cousins, Stephen Ashauer and Michael (Patty) Ashauer.

Barb was preceded in death by her parents; her in-laws, Harold and Mary Bobber; her brother-in-law, Jim Bobber; aunts, Mary (Martin) Downs, Carol (Jim) Ashauer; her uncles Vernon Winn, Jack (Margie) Winn; and her cousin, John Winn.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, August 29th, 2026 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.at Van Abel's of Hollandtown, 8108 County Trunk Hwy D, Kaukauna, WI 54130. Family and friends are invited to gather to share stories, celebrate Barb’s life, and honor the many wonderful memories she leaves behind. Barb will be laid to rest at Holy Name Cemetery in Kimberly, WI.
