Barbara Ann Daniel

Barbara Ann Daniel was born in Shreveport, Louisiana on June 22, 1938 to Merit and Levell Daniel. She entered eternal rest on August 21, 2020.

She was a member of the Orleans Church in Chicago under the leadership of Pastor John P Murry,

Retired from Ford Heights School District as a Custodian and Crossing Guard. Worked at Tennessee Race Track.

She loved her family and Barbara Ann was a bonus mom to her twin sister’s children and very protective of her twin sister, Barbara Carter.

She was proceeded in death by her parents Merit and Levell Daniel; two children, Christine Winters and Sylvester Duncan; six brothers: Elester, Merit Jr., Lynn, Jimmy, Frank and Cleodis; four sisters: Allie, Luzeel, Helen and Mattie.

Her son, Richard Welch passed away Tuesday, August 25, 2020.

She leaves to cherish her memories; one child: Tangula Henry; one sister (twin) Barbara Louise Carter; 17 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
