Audrey J. Jenson

Audrey was an incredibly devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend who touched many lives in her loving manner. To the very end she never forgot a birthday or special occasion and sent notes of encouragement to so many loved ones who treasured them.  She adored her family, and especially loved spoiling her grandkids with her special artistic talents, time, and many treasures.

Her husband Bob was the love of her life for 57 years and preceded her in death in 2011. She was also preceded by sisters, Mary Beatrice "Bea" Gerrits and Naomi “Noni” Dupont; and brother, Robert Willis.

Family members who she is survived by are her children, Sue (Bob) Hayes, Bruce Jenson, Ellen (Mark) Sauer; 4 Grandchildren, Courtney Hayes, Collin Hayes, Lesley (Mike) Stockinger, Teresa (Tony) Stefanovic; and 6 Great Grandchildren, Charlotte, Harper, Thomas, Tony, Jacob, and Benjamin.

Audrey was a devoted member of Saint Mary’s Catholic Church in Appleton.  A private prayer service lead by Fr. Bill Swichtenberg of St. Mary's Church will be held at Highland Memorial Park in honor of her wishes, where she will be laid to rest with her husband.  In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts in her memory may be made to the Junior Diabetes Research Foundation or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital using the links below.
