Nita was put on this earth by her Good Lord on February 22, 1937. He returned to take her home on September 16, 2026. She was the third child born to Archie and Freida (Reinke) Scheibe and grew up on the family farm north of Appleton. She attended Pleasant Dale Schoolhouse through 8th grade, then Freedom High School, where she graduated with the class of ’55. After high school, she attended Beauty School and followed through on her childhood dreams of fixing hair and nails.

While attending high school she met George Randerson, they married in 1956 and began the creation of George’s “Magnificent 7”. George passed suddenly in 1974. Knowing she couldn’t raise a family and work a beautician’s schedule, Nita completed a Clerical Program at Fox Valley Technical School. After finishing the program, Nita worked for Outagamie County in the County Clerk’s office, where she helped countless couples complete marriage paperwork and sold hunting and fishing licenses. Many superstitious hunters came back every fall to make sure their good luck charm touched their backtag before heading into the woods. Nita retired from the Courthouse on 2/22/1999, her 62nd birthday, to concentrate on her final career - grandchildren.

Nita and George are survived by their children • Barb (Russ) Sulewski; children Audra and Andrew • Geno • Jim (Jyl); children Jay (Ashley) and Julie • Patti; son Ty • Kathleen Randerson; children Caroline (Bylka) Jarry, Richard (Marion) Jarry-Randerson, and Juliette Jarry-Randerson • Brian (Betsy); sons Chase (Kat) Randerson and Zach Kestell • Boyd (Kelly); children Will (Angela), Claudia, and Reece, and great-grandchildren - Blythe, Weylon, Charlotte, Nolan, and Lennox. Nita is also survived by her siblings, Virginia (Dwayne) Doersch, Ken (Sharon) Scheibe, Betty (John) McKnight, and sisters-in-law Evie Krueger and Donna Scheibe as well as George’s siblings, Mike (Phyllis) Randerson, and Grace (Bill) Daul, her very special niece Kristy (Rich) Fox who kept her hair beautifully styled for the last 27-1/2 years, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Nita was proceeded in death by her husband George, daughter-in-law Diane, parents Archie and Freida Scheibe, George’s parents Gene and Ora Randerson, brothers Dick and Dave Scheibe, and many of her closest friends.

The family would like to thank the extraordinary staff of Brewster Village and Moments Hospice for the loving care they provided our mom.

The service for Nita will be held on Friday, September 25, 2026 at Holy Spirit Parish, 600 E Kimberly Avenue, Kimberly. Friends and family may gather at the church from 9:00am until the service at 11:00.
