Angela K. "Angie" Klim (nee Bieneman), age 61, of Neenah, passed away at her home surrounded by her family and friends, on Friday, September 20, 2024. Angie was born April 24, 1963 to George and Dianne (nee Huss) Bieneman in Burlington. Angie grew up in Burlington where she attended and graduated from Burlington Grade and High Schools. Angie is also a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. On September 8, 1990 she was united in marriage to Tom Klim in Burlington. Angie spent most of her career with the Kimberly-Clark Corporation, a stint with Miles Kimball Company as their Chief Information Officer and several years at the Kohls headquarters in Menomonee Falls. Angie retired in 2020 looking forward to spending more time with family and friends and at the cottage in Townsend, WI. Angie enjoyed gardening, travel (she was especially fond of Alaska), stays at the cottage, Door County, very tough Sudoku puzzles and centered her life around her family and friends. Angie was a very good golfer and enjoyed playing regularly with her husband and friends.
Angie displayed beautiful artistic skills and produced beautiful needlepoint works as well as blankets, Christmas stockings for the grandchildren and many other similar items. Angie displayed a knack for mechanical repairs. For example, she completely dismantled and repaired a clothes dryer, and several electronic toys. Angie was an excellent cook and made many fine dishes and recipes that will be carried on for a long time.
We would be remiss if we did not mention that Angie liked cats. From Gilligan to Tigger to TuxedoMan to Cooper. Cats played a significant role in the family household bringing both affection and humor.
Angie is survived by her husband Tom, her daughter Kelsey Strachan (Jason), and her 3 grandchildren (Levi, Isla and Jack), her parents George and Dianne Bieneman and her mother-in-law Margaret A. Klim. She is also survived by her step-daughters; Jessica Klim and her 2 children and Bethany Klim and her 2 children, siblings: George L Bieneman and Sherry (Dave) Fettig. She is further survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her son Ryan, her brother Randy, grandparents; George and Helen (Ketterhagen) Bieneman and William and Loretta (Pinnow) Huss and father-in-law Robert J. Klim.
