Emblem

Andrew Joseph Jankowski, age 57 of Neenah, WI passed onto eternal life and our Savior’s arms, peacefully holding hands with his loving wife, Susan. He was born in Antigo, WI, to loving parents, Raymond and Lorraine (Strasser) Jankowski. Andy was the second oldest of seven boys. Andy loved his life on the farm in rural Antigo, WI.

After graduating from Antigo High School in 1988, Andy worked at Hoffmeister and Carquest in Antigo, WI while attending Technical College in Wausau for truck mechanics. He worked at the Truck Stop in Wausau before moving to the Fox River Valley. There, he worked at Bower Truck in Appleton, then at L&S Truck in Appleton for 34 years.

He met Susan, and they were married in January of 2007 in Brillion, WI. The couple lived in Neenah, WI with their cats, Parker & Pearl. Andrew Jankowski and Susan Jankowski were together for over 19 years. In all that time, he never stopped getting her coffee ready for the next day.

Andy was a hard worker, both in his personal and professional life. He was always busy fixing things around the house, helping his wife with projects, remodeling a vintage camper, and helping his brothers repair farm equipment. He frequently took cheeseburgers to an elderly neighbor before playing a game of cards with them. Andy also plowed the snow for all of his neighbors in the winters. He spent much of his time visiting with family and friends; deer hunting, fishing, camping, and skeet shooting with said family and friends; taking trips all across the country with his wife and family; and attending any and all family events. Andy was also known for his delicious homemade maple syrup! Faith was important in Andy’s life too – he spent much of his time praising God and attending church, but also living as Jesus did, helping family, friends, neighbors, and strangers alike. He always stopped to help someone stranded on the side of the road. Above all, Andy was just loving life.

Andy is survived by his wife and love of his life, Susan Jankowski (Luebke); his brothers, Paul (Nancy), Tony (Cindy), Dave (Angela), Ben, Luke (John), and Bruce; his siblings-in-law, Carol, Dennis (Linda), Marci (Robert), Charles (Ann), Robert, John, and Lynlee; his uncle, Richard (Linda); his aunt, Janice; his nephews and nieces, Vinney (Taylor), Joshua, Jacob, Serena, Lilly (Brian), Katie, and Abbie (Jacob); his great-niece and great-nephews, Izzy, Eli, and Judah; as well as numerous cousins, friends, neighbors, and co-workers.

Andy was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Lorraine; his uncles, Jack and Eugene; his aunts, Marcy, Theresa, and Mary Jane; and his siblings-in-law, Ervin, Ronald, Sharon (Ralph), and Audrey.

A funeral visitation will be held for Andy from 4-7 PM on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at Wichmann Tri-County Chapel, 1592 S. Oneida St, Menasha, WI 54952 with a prayer service to follow at 7 PM.
