Allan Lee Adams

Allan Lee Adams, 71, passed away on September 29, 2024 in Little Chute, Wisconsin. Al was born on April 4, 1953, in Menomonee, Wisconsin to Donald and Mildred (Lindquist) Adams. 

A proud graduate of Menomonee High School. He was a dedicated and dependable individual. He had a great sense of humor. His laughter and joy were contagious, bringing happiness to gatherings, and he will be fondly remembered for the light he brought into the lives of those around him. On November 9, 1982, Allan married the love of his life, Rosebud Jewel Jensen, in a beautiful ceremony in Clearwater, Minnesota. Their union was a testament to the deep affection and support they shared, and their partnership flourished over the years.

An avid sailor, Allan found peace and joy on the waters of Lake Michigan, where he spent countless hours navigating the waters. Al was a kind and loving spirit, who uplifted those he met and celebrated the beauty of life with an open heart. His legacy will live on in the laughter shared with friends and the countless moments spent on the lake, sailing into the horizon.

Allan is survived by his loving wife, Rosebud Adams; children Christeen (Jason Sicard) Hoffman, Clark (Aaron Pohl), Emily (DJ) Niesen and James Adams; ten grandchildren; one great- grand daughter on the way; father Donald Adams; brother Robert (Pam) Adams; sister Ann (Brad) Nordin; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Allan is preceded in death by his mother Mildred Adams, brother Clifford (Cynthia) Adams and uncle Richard Adams; in-laws Earl (Mary) Jensen and sisters-in-law Monica Kerr and Laura (Michael) Schaumburg.

A funeral service for Allan will take place on Friday, October 4, 2024 at 3:00pm at Wichmann Laemmrich Funeral Home, 312 Milwaukee St. in Menasha, WI 54952, with Reverend David Skarsten officiating. Friends and loved ones are welcome to gather for a time of visitation beginning at 12:00pm until the time of service.
