Trevin Paul Collins

Trevin Collins, age 10, of Neenah, WI passed away on Friday, July 12, 2013 at American Family Children's Hospital in Madison. Trevin was born on April 10, 2003 in Neenah to Clint and Brandy (Chasteen) Collins. Trevin was a student at Appleton Classical Charter School and enjoyed life to the fullest; some of his favorite things were fishing, hunting, camping, everything Harry Potter, Skylanders, sharing time with his family and tickling his sister Sylvia. He loved participating in baseball and hockey as well being involved in the mythology club through Classical Charter School. His smile was a light that we will carry in our hearts forever.

Survivors include his parents; his sister Sylvia; great grandmother Elizabeth Weinke of Baraboo; grandfather Paul Chasteen of Shiocton; grandmother Delores Collins of Baraboo; grandfather Gary Collins of New Mexico; aunts and uncles: Marci Sojka (Chris) of Neenah; Andre Coleman (Brad) of Larsen; Wade Collins of Baraboo; Tiffany McPheeters (David) of Ontario, Oregon Shelly Anderson (Perry) of St Louis.; Shane Collins (Liza) of Holmen; cousins; Brad Kuske (Nicole Brickner), Sydney Kuske, Megan Collins, Rachel Collins, Chase Anderson, Ian Anderson, Brianna Kuske, Samara Collins, Liam Collins, and Graydon McPheeters. Trevin also leaves behind many wonderful special friends and caregivers that provided love and support. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Sonia Chasteen.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Wichmann Funeral Home, Tri-County Chapel, 3212 South Oneida Street in Menasha with the Rev. Loretta Waegli officiating. Friends may call on Tuesday at the Wichmann Tri-County Chapel from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM and on Wednesday from 1:00 PM until the time of the service.
