Tony L Sajdak

Tony L. Sajdak, age 59, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Friday, December 2, 2005. Tony was born in Anchorage, Alaska on October 9, 1946, son of the late Anthony and Frances (Chmielak) Sajdak. He attended high school and one year of college in Alaska before he was drafted into military service. During the Vietnam War, he was stationed in Korea in a military intelligence unit. He was always proud of his military service. For over twenty five years, Tony was employed by Miron Construction, and retired as a superintendent in the fall of 2004. Tony was a handy guy who could fix nearly anything. His carpentry skills came in handy when repairing his own home or working on his basement. He enjoyed spending time at his home, and often spoke of the peacefulness of the mountains, and of returning to Alaska someday. More than anything, though, Tony was a generous, kindhearted man. He always put the needs of others before those of his own ? for this he will always be fondly remembered.

He is survived by two children: Brian Sajdak and his special friend Lisa Schreiner of Appleton; and Julie (Matt) Erickson of Appleton and their son Maddox; two brothers: Robert (Denise) Sajdak of Wishram, Washington and Rudy (Mary Jo) Sajdak of Winneconne; two sisters: Judy (Ben) Staples of Eaton Rapids, Michigan and Mary (Jim) Maly of Ringle, Wisconsin.

Funeral services for Tony will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, December 9, 2005 at the funeral home chapel. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 11:00 AM until the hour of the service. Tony will be buried near his parents in Dauby, Wisconsin next spring.
