Sharon Ann Stuck

Age 55, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Monday, July 7, 2003. She was born in Appleton on April 12, 1948, daughter of the late Elmer and Grace (Hinkens) Romenesko. She was a graduate of the Freedom High School, and on May 30, 1968 she married Rick Stuck at St. Nicholas Catholic Church in Freedom. Sharon was currently working in the surgery department at Dental Associates in Appleton. She very much enjoyed spending time with her granddaughter, Ashley. She also loved flowers, and each year cared for her beautiful garden. She was gifted at sewing as well as crafts of all kinds, and was an avid reader – she always had at least one book going.

Sharon is survived by her husband: Rick Stuck of Freedom; a son: Jody Stuck of Freedom and his daughter Ashley; three brothers: Donald (Pam) Romenesko of Kimberly; Thomas (Sue) Romenesko of Iron River, Michigan; Keith (Debbie) Romenesko of Antigo; two step-brothers: Roger (Doris) Van Beek of Greenleaf and Norman (Marge) Van Beek of Freedom. Sharon is also survived by Rick’s brothers and sisters: James (Judi) Stuck of Brillion; Andrew (Elizabeth) Stuck of Appleton; David (Cookie) Stuck of Neenah; Darlene (Craig Berg) Stuck of Appleton; Carol (John) Witt of Appleton; and by Rick’s half-brothers and half sisters: Matt (Karen) Stuck, Jr. of Menasha; Alan (Beth) Stuck of Menasha; Shirley Stuck of Menasha; and Maria Stuck of Menasha; and by her mother-in-law Bernice Stead of Menasha. Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, her step-father Jack Van Beek, her father-in-law Matthew Stuck, and by two step-nephews Roland Van Beek and Mark Van Beek.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, July 11, 2003 at FIRST ASSEMBLY OF GOD CHURCH, 311 W. Evergreen Drive with Rev. Steve Driessen officiating. Interment will be at St. Nicholas Cemetery in Freedom. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 4 – 8 PM and again Friday at the church from 10 AM until the hour of the services.
