Age 61, was delivered into the arms of the Lord on Sunday, December 09, 2001 surrounded by her family. Sandra was born on June 15, 1940 in Kenosha, WI, the daughter of Jesse and Thelma Harper. In 1973 Sandra moved to Appleton, WI, and was employed at ThedaClark Medical Center as a Accredited Records Technician for 25 years. Sandra was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who loved to read, fish and watch the Packers.

Sandra is survived by her husband, Richard; four daughters, Lisa (Chester) Evans, Las Vegas, NV; Jennifer (Matthew) Dennison, Blackwood, NJ; Karla (Todd) Stelzer, Appleton, WI; Christy Safford, Appleton, WI; two step-sons, Scott Meidam and Ryan (Michelle) Meidam, both of Appleton, WI; eight grandchildren, Kim, age 20, Joshua 18, Melissa 15, Elliott 15, Michelle 9, Nicole 9, Logan 6, and Braeden 3; one brother, Michael (Judy) Harper; mother-in-law, Helen Meidam; also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse and Thelma; father-in-law, Erwin Meidam and a infant son.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 12, 2001 at the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Richard Becker officiating. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Tuesday, December 11 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and again on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will be at Most Precious Blood Cemetery in New London, WI.

A memorial fund is being established.
