Phyllis Elaine Hopfensperger, age 92, passed away with family by her side on September 1, 2010. She was born June 13, 1918, the daughter of the late Robert and Mildred DeLand. Phyllis is survived by her children: Barbara (Doug) Beyer of Shawano, Chuck (Renee) Hopfensperger of California; brother and sisters: Gerald (Connie) DeLand, Joan Drew, Elizabeth (Terry) Thompson, Patricia Kettner; sisters-in-law: Mary, Cay and Dorothy and five grandchildren. Preceding her in death, her husband, Norman Hopfensperger; brothers: Donald and Robert DeLand and brother-in-law, William Kettner. Special thank you to her dear friend Carlton Voss.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on September 24, 2010 at ST. MARY CATHOLIC CHURCH, 312 South State Street, Appleton.
