Age 4, the son of Adam and Hattie (Bub) Garry passed away on Saturday, December 24, 2005 at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. He was born in Plantation, FL on February 25, 2001. Max loved sports, especially football, and reading. He will be remembered as an affectionate, funny boy, who went out of his way to make others happy.
He is survived by his parents, Adam and Hattie; brother, Michael; grandparents, Mike and Judy Bub of Appleton, Alan and Karen Garry of Tampa, FL; his great-grandparents, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
A memorial service for Max will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2006 at the Fox Valley Unitarian Universalist Fellowship (2600 E. Phillip Lane, Appleton) at 11 A.M. with the Reverend Roger Bertschausen officiating. In Lieu of flowers, donations are appreciated to the American Brain Tumor Association, 2720 River Road, Des Plaines, IL 60018.
Max, We are so sorry for what happened to you. We wanted nothing more than to bring you home. Your spirit, smile, and humor are greatly missed. While our hearts will continue to ache for you, we are comforted knowing you are without pain. We promise to do right by you and will live our lives in a way that would make you proud.
