Age 78, passed away after a brief illness on Saturday May 5, 2007. She was born February 4, 1929 in Independence, Wisconsin daughter of the late John and Mary (Gospodar) Ciszak. Mary married Chuck Cassidy on December 31, 1949 at Gesu Catholic Church in Milwaukee. Chuck preceded her in death on June 15, 2002. She is survived by her children Mary Lou (Randy) Gazdik, Oconto, WI., Jacci (Tim) Coenen, Appleton; her grandchildren; Paul Gazdik, and Kelly Gazdik, Eric Witt and Corey Coenen. Mary was preceded in death by a sister Clara Patzner, and a brother Frank Ciszak. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established for the Mayo Clinic Foundation/Osteoporosis research. Private Family services were held.
