Age 60, passed away on Wednesday, June 9, 2004 at her home. She was born on April 5, 1944 in Cedarburg the daughter of the late Robert and Antoinette (Schmaus) McKee. Mary was known for her caring, loving and “bubbly” personality and become known as the Three East Angel of Outagamie Health Center, now Brewster Village. Mary loved dancing, playing bingo, and watching the Lifetime channel, but the greatest joy in her life is her family.
She is survived by her children: Jeff (Jo Ann) Passmore of Zachow, WI; Dawn Letter (fiancé Rick Cottrell) of Seymour, WI; Mark (Heather) Passmore of Neenah, and Heather (Nicholas) Hayes of Kaukauna; her grandchildren: Zachary Letter, Tyson Letter, Nicole Passmore, Olivia Passmore, and Sebastian Hayes; her constant companion Thomas Brautigam of Kaukauna; her brother Charles (Gale) McKee of West Bend, WI; and her sister Mildred (Lloyd) Harris of Kingman, AZ.; her aunts Adeline Stehlik of Mequon, WI; and Sylvia Zeto of Minnesota; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mary was preceded in death by her husband George, her parents, and her granddaughter Alexis Jo Passmore.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted on Saturday, June 12, 2004 at St Mary Catholic Church, 312 South State Street. A time will be announced at a later date. Interment will take place at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery in Menasha. Friends may call at the Wichmann Funeral Home on Superior Street on Friday from 4-8 PM. Parish Prayer and Scripture Services will take place on Friday at 7:00 PM. A memorial fund is being established.
