Kathleen "Kathy" Fye

Kathleen A. “Kathy” Fye, age 64, of the Town of Menasha, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, November 23, 2014, surrounded by her loving family. Kathy was born on April 23, 1950, in Johnstown, New York, to the late Henry and Shirley (Rote) Dunbar. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. Kathy was a 1968 graduate of New London High School. She married Edwin Fye on July 27, 1996, in Waupaca. With Edwin, she enjoyed motorcycling and traveling. Vacationing with her sisters were especially enjoyable times for Kathy.

Survivors include her husband of 18 years, Edwin; her children, Karrie Al Shehry, Kay Becher (Joe Melendrez), and John Becher; her step-children, Carrie (Pat) Bowen, Corey Fye, and Candi Jo Fye; her grandchildren, Mimi, Sophie, Alexis, Forest, Jacob, Ethan, Dylan, Courtney and Cassie; her sisters, Geraldine (Clement) Philipsen; Gail (Lenny) Vollmer; and Faith (Daniel) Muñoz; and her brother, Henry “Tipper” (Aimee) Dunbar. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 26, 2014, at WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME—TRI-COUNTY CHAPEL, 1592 Oneida St, Menasha, with Chaplain Jordan Kuczwara officiating. Friends may call directly at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. until the time of services.
