Julia Pankratz

Julia Gerrits Poleshinski Pankratz, 92, of Kimberly, passed away on Sunday, June 26, 2011 at Sheelin Senior Living.

Julia was born on July 7, 1918 to Jacob and Catherine (Peters) Gerrits in Little Chute. She loved to play cards and do crafts with the Ladies of Holy Name. Most of all Julia loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Julia was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church.

Julia is survived by her children; Ronald (Patricia) Poleshinski, Combined Locks, Mary Oudenhoven, Little Chute, grandchildren, Tim Doyle, Appleton, Rick (Stacey) Doyle, Appleton, Kristin (Brad)Van Schyndel, Little Chute, Kyle (Sarah) Oudenhoven, Watertown, Tammy (Keith) Spialek, Lombard, Illinois, step grandchildren, Mike Leith, Appleton, Matt (Michelle) Leith, Kimberly, 12 great-grandchildren, brothers and sisters; Grace VanderHeiden, Gordon Gerrits, Marv (Mary) Gerrits, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Julia was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Edward Poleshinski, her husband Jerome Pankratz, her sisters Bernice Kern and Joanne Werner, Florence Horn, Dorothy Kruckeburg, and an infant sister Evelyn Gerrits and a son-in-law, Leon Oudenhoven

The funeral Liturgy for Julia will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2011 at HOLY SPIRIT PARISH (600 E. Kimberly Ave. Kimberly) with Fr. David Beaudry officiating at 5:00 PM. Interment will be in the Holy Name Cemetery. A time of visitation will be held on Thursday from 3:00 PM until the time of the Service at the Church.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in her name. The family would like to thank Theda Care at home Hospice and the staff at Sheelin House.
