Judith Caravella

Judith Ann Caravella, age 66, of Darboy, passed into the loving arms of Jesus on Saturday, March 30, 2013. She was born on December 7, 1946 in Milwaukee the daughter of the late Albert and Grace (Farina) Torcivia. Judy married Joseph Caravella on November 6, 1965 in Milwaukee. Everyone loved Judy for her infectious smile, warm loving spirit, and her great poppy seed bread. Some of her greatest joy came from visiting the sick, and serving at Holy Spirit Parish as a Baptism and Eucharistic Minister.

She will be greatly missed by Joe, her husband of 48 years; loving sons: Steve (Kristin) Caravella and Christopher (Lindsey) Caravella; precious grandchildren: Alex, Olivia, David, and Samuel; sisters: Mary Hurst; Nina (George) Hill; Patti (Del) Bowen; Grace (Peter) Blissitt; and Diane (Bob) Gagliano; brother: Ted (Diane) Torcivia; brothers-in-law: John (Sandy) Caravella; Sebastian (Barbara) Caravella; and Tom (Mary) Caravella; and sister-in-law: Rosemary Caravella. She will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Judy was preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Jeanne (Dick) Emery.

The funeral liturgy for Judith will be held at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at Holy Spirit/Holy Name Church, 600 E. Kimberly Avenue in Kimberly. Father David Beaudry will be officiating. Burial will take place at Holy Angels Cemetery in Darboy. A visitation will be held on Wednesday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Paul Home in Judy's name are appreciated.
