Loving and caring son and friend, age 19, died on Thursday, September 19, 2002. Joshua was born on March 29, 1983 in Appleton, the son of Terri Apker. He loved to play frisbee golf and video games. Joshua also enjoyed writing, drawing and hanging out with his friends. He is survived by his mother, Terri Apker, and her companion, Chris Lunow; his daughter, Katlyn; his grandparents, Tom and Jill Apker; 2 aunts, Janet Jiminez; Missy (Bud) Buchanan; uncle, Mike Apker; and his cousins, Ashley; Austin; Amanda; Jeremiah; and Sebastian. Joshua is further survived by other relatives and many close friends. The Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Monday, September 23, 2002, at WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME. The interment will be held at Riverside Cemetery, Appleton. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Monday, September 23, from Noon until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established. Joshua was a person with a great sense of humor, who cared about other people, and wanted to be free. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.
