Jordan William Czerwan
Infant son of Matthew and Cathy (Schuster) Czerwan died unexpectedly on September 2, 2002 at Theda Clark Medical Center.
He is survived by his parents, his grandparents, Emil (Mary Jo) Schuster and Melvin (Nancy) Czerwan; two aunts, Josephine (Brian O'Broin) Schuster and Linda (Brian) Aalpoel; two uncles, Rodney (Carrie) Schuster and John Schuster; six cousins, Jessica, Joseph, Julia, Amanda, Sara and Alison.
The Funeral Service will be 1:30 PM on Thursday, September 5, 2002 at GOOD SHEPHERD LUTHERAN CHURCH, 2220 East College Avenue, Appleton with Pastor Thomas A. Part officiating. Friends will be received at Church on Thursday from 12:30 PM until the time of service. Burial will follow at the Historic Riverside Cemetery.
