Age 85, died, Sunday March 10, 2002 at Peabody Manor. She was born February 9, 1917 to the late Walter and Rachel (Decamp) Coulter in Redfield, Iowa. Hazel formerly resided in Joplin, MO. and relocated to Appleton in August of 1999 to be closer to family members.

She is survived by a daughter, Marcia “Jean” Goaley of Appleton; three grandsons, John (Dawn) Goaley of Altoona, Iowa; Jeffrey (Shelley) Goaley of Colfax, Iowa and Joseph (Tammie) Goaley of Freedom; eight great grandchildren, Matt, Jordon, Melanie, Shauna, Nicole, Ashley, Kelly and Brenda; a brother, Lloyd Coulter of Joplin, MO.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy McCall, her sister, Darlene Atwood and her brother, Lyle Coulter.

Per Hazel’s request no services will be held. Burial will take place in Joplin, MO.

The family would like to thank the staff at Peabody Manor for all the love and care they gave Hazel.
