Gabriella Grace Hammen

Gabriella Grace Hammen, infant daughter of Matthew and Sara (St. Marie) Hammen, went to her heavenly home shortly after birth on July 15, 2013.
She is survived by her parents; sisters: Allison and Kaitlyn; paternal grandparents, Jeffrey and Debra Hammen; maternal grandparents, John and Mary St. Marie; aunts and uncles, Josh (Erin) Hammen; Kristin (Randy) Hennes; Judd Hammen; Jennifer (Matthew) Giedt; Tom St. Marie; cousins: Aubree, Carlee and Charlotte.
A private service will be held for family and friends at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church in Greenville, officiated by Pastor Nate Reichle.
The family would like to thank all of the wonderful staff at Theda Clark Hospital for making such a difficult time easier to deal with. The family would also like to thank Courtney Stein with Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep foundation- you captured precious memories that we will be able to cherish forever.
We were only able to hold you for a short time, but we will hold you in our hearts forever. We love you more than you can imagine. Love, Mommy and Daddy
