Age 74, died Friday November 15, 2002. Frances was born July 17, 1928 to the late Henry and Rosella (Verhagen) Felauer in Appleton. She married Harold Stammer, he preceded her in death in 1967. Frances then married Fred Kelley, who preceded her in death in 1989. She owned and operated Stammer’s Tavern and Kelley’s Bar. Frances enjoyed cribbage, photography and family events. She retired in 1992 and enjoyed her golden years at her home at Pickerel Lake.
She is survived by seven children, Lenard (Marge) Stammer, Betty (Roy) Whiteley, Judy (Lance) Johnson, Debbie (Joe) Bushman, Wendy (Jeff) Krull, Karen (Mark) Vallafskey and Denise (Donnie) Lornson; fifteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She will also be missed by a brother, Norman (Norma) Felauer; two sisters, Donna (Lavern) Mullen and Monica (Lynel) Arnold; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her two husbands, her sister, Florence (Oscar) Loos and a great grandchild, Gage Stammer.
The funeral service will be 7:00 PM on Monday, November 18, 2002 at the WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME, 537 North Superior Street, with Fr. Gerald Falk officiating. Viewing and visitation will be Monday at the Funeral Home from 4:00 PM until 6:45 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial is being established in her name.

The family would like to thank the entire staff at Brewster Village for all the care and love they gave Frances.
